Is Klarna's AI Assistant Coming For YOUR Job?

In its first month, Klarna's AI assistant (developed in collaboration with OpenAI) has managed two-thirds of the company's customer service chats, totaling 2.3 million conversations.

The AI performs the work of 700 human agents and has improved customer satisfaction by resolving issues more accurately, reducing repeat inquiries by 25%. Customers now experience a resolution time of under two minutes, a significant decrease from the previous 11 minutes.

The AI assistant operates in 23 markets and communicates in over 35 languages, offering 24/7 support and enhancing the shopping experience for Klarna's 150 million consumers. AI Business Idea Of The Week 📷️

Some readers may already know, but as well as running this newsletter, I also run an AI-assisted SEO content marketing agency: The Content Machine. Over the next few weeks, we will take a glance at how I am using AI and automation tools to create awesome SEO-optimized content - and how you could use the same idea to create your own content business.

Part 2 of 4: Mini series on how I am automating my AI content production.

CONTENT BRIEF AUTOMATION

Whenever I am working with AI I always think about the process as if I was working with a human. What are the steps they need to know, and what are the instructions for each step? Breaking a content brief into steps it looks a little like this:

1. Identify competitor websites.

2. Understand what topics they cover.

3. Create a V.1 outline that covers the same topics.

4. Create a V.2 outline that enriches V.1 with information gain.

5. Add the details such as what should be included in each section. What entities and keywords should be used in each section etc.

In the image below, you can see how 5 competitors may cover the same or different elements of a topic. But usually, none of them cover EVERYTHING. By combining all the topics they all cover, and then enriching it - we ensure our brief is the most in-depth and robust.

AI Content Bried Process

Okey, so what does this look like when automated?

1. Enter a KW > scrape Google for the top 10 results > remove YouTube, Quora, Reddit etc. > keep the top 5 remaining URLs.

2. Scrape the 5 URLs and return the HTML > extract all the H2, H3, H4 and H5 headings > combine all 5 heading extracts into a large list > remove / combine any duplicates or those with the same intent > order remaining headings into a logical list that would satisfy someone searching for the initial KW.

3. Use GPT's existing knowledge to enrich the outline with any missing topics to ensure the final outline is comprehensive, while still remaining hyper relevant to the initial KW.

4. Finally, given the data from the 5 competitor URL scrapes and GPT's own knowledge, add a "description" to each H2, H3, H4 and H5 heading which outlines exactly what should be written about. Pull in key data or facts to be included. Add what "entities" and "keywords" need to be included within each heading.

The output - a brief that ensures you cover ALL the topics the top 5 competitors cover (and more), with details on what should be included under each heading, along with what entities and keywords need to be mentioned. In essence, you could give this brief to someone with limited knowledge on the topic and they should still be able to create a fairly decent piece of content.

Next week I will cover how I turn this brief into actual content.
